What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
We also use Google Analytics which collects your IP address along with age and gender assuming you gave Google permission to collect those items. We use this information that Google Analytics tracks to help us create more appropriate content for Streamlined Gaming.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter or enter information on our site. Or when you provide us with feedback on our products or services.
Google Analytics collects the data listed above when you enter our site and have your settings in Google set to allow this information. You can always use “incognito mode” in your browser or something similar when viewing our website which will not allow Google Analytics to track your information.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience by allowing us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To improve our website in order to better serve you.
- To quickly process your transactions.
- To send emails regarding your order or other products and services. This Includes information and announcements about new blog posts and products.
How we DO NOT use your information (private data)?
- We will never sell your private information.
- We won’t give away your information to third parties for giveaways or any promotional means.

Who are our data controllers?
We use the following 3rd parties with our website and they may collect information listed above:
- Mailchimp – Our email newsletter service that collects your email address and sometimes your name if you included it. This allows us to deliver you our newsletter
- Google – We use Google for our Analytics and Search Appearance. Analytics is used to see what webpages our visitors visited along with information listed above. While Search Appearance (Google Search Console) allows us to see what keywords users are typing into Google in order to find our website.
- Facebook – We have the Facebook pixel on our website that allows us to know what Facebook users have visited our site. We cannot see specifically who visited the site, but Facebook has that information which we use to create personalized ads for website visitors.
- Disqus – This is a company that we use for our commenting features on the site. There are various ways to login to Disqus. Whichever method you choose will allow Disqus access to the personal data you give Disqus permission to have. This allows you to comment on our blog
How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
How long is your data stored?
We have set Google Analytics to store your data for 50 months. Mailchimp stores your data from the moment you sign up for the list until you change your user settings (or contact us through a method below for us to change them for you).
Do we use ‘cookies’?
- Help remember and process the items in the shopping cart.
- Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.
- Keep track of advertisements.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browsers are a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.
We use Facebooks ad platform to market to Facebook users. They provide a Facebook pixel for us that we have installed on our site. This allows us to show ads to people that have already visited our website. This process is similar to how the cookies work as described above.
We have implemented the following:

- Google Display Network Impression Reporting
- Demographics and Interests Reporting
- DoubleClick Platform Integration
- Facebook Pixel which is used for Remarketing Ads
We, along with third-party vendors such as Google and Facebook use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies and Facebook Pixel) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.
Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on. You may also opt out of the Facebook pixel remarketing by going to your settings in Facebook (if you have a Facebook account.)
